malicious abuse

unfortunately, due to playit's ease of use, playit has attracted many people with malicious intentions. currently, they are widely known for being used as command and control servers for infostealers and remote access trojans (RATs)

while playit does have an abuse reporting system, it's quite inefficient as most people just don't want to go through the hassle of writing individual emails to takedown tunnels

now, to try and fix the abuse with playit, we had previously made a partnership where any new files that detect a playit C2 would automatically be reported to their team. however, this wasn't as effective as playit soon got their ASN's flagged across multiple AVs and were being blocked by couple of ISP's aswell.

to fix this, why just limit the reporting system to uncover it? there are tons of malware scanning services online and we would be able to detect a lot more if we expanded our reach. as a result, we made abuse panel. a network of malware scanners and tunneling services to detect and remove any sort of abuse. this would not only benefit a lot of people, it would also keep unwanted traffic for tunneling services away and reduce the load on their servers
